Safety valve - ZBM

Safety valve ZBM - construction
Safety valves are designed to protect against excessive increase of water pressure, steam, air installations and boiler rooms. The construction and parameters allow to use them in typical heating centers, central heating systems where is demand keep norms PN-99/B-02414 and PN-76/B- 02440.
Description:
- protect before excessive increase pressure,
- suitable for typical heating centers, central heating systems
- max. work temperature 150°C.
Construction
Inside a spring case (2) is mounted sprig (3). Initial tension of the spring is equal to the pressure value 3 or 6 bar. A force the spring tension (3) is carrying by steam (4) on valve-head (5). A handwheel(6) is for periodically checking work of valve. When it is turned, for a short moment the valve is opening and water outflows from an installation. A chamber inside the valve is protecting by the membrane (7).
Istallation:
Install the valve in vertical position. Inlet pipe line should have bigger diameter than 35 mm and it length can't be more than 1000mm. Outlet pipe line must be bigger than 45 mm diameter.
