Pressure differential-bleed
valves RCUB - construction
Self-acting pressure differential-bleed valves type RCUB are designed to control set-up differential pressure in installations. Self-acting pressure differential-bleed valves are suitable for steam, non inflammable vapors and gases and neutral liquids. Adjust range of set pressure is depending on the actuator: 0,2-1,6 ; 1-2,8 ; 1- 3,5 or 2,5-7 bar. The regulators are capable of operating in temperature range from 0 to +180°C (with condensation chamber, if necessary).
Description:
- Without energy the valve is closed
- Excellent control of the process over high differential pressures.
- Does not require conservation.
- requiring no external power source.
Construction:
For ensuring stable regulation at high differential pressures, the
valve-plug (3) is balanced (4). The regulator consisting of two
connected units:
the valve: valve-body (1),
valve-seat (2), valve-plug (3), balanced unit (4), valve-stem (5);
- the actuator: impulse pipes (6) and (7), actuator-discs and diaphragm (8),
springs (9), spindle (10), adjusting nut (11), actuator-body (12).
Priciple of operation:
Medium flows to the valve chamber (A). The control signal higher pressure pass through the impulse pipe (6) to the actuator chamber (B). The control signal lower pressure pass through the ipulse pipe (7) to the actuator chamber (C). Size gap between valve-seat (2) and valve-plug (3) depending on the constant difference pressure between chamber B and C. When pressure overcomes adjusted set point, the valve-plug (3) opens. Without auxiliary energy the valve-plug (3) is closed.
Installation:
Install the regulator with the actuator suspended downwards. For ensuring good work the regulator should be protect by the filter or the magnetic strainer. Install pipelines horizontally. The direction of medium flow have to correspond with the arrow on the valve body.
